1. How This Privacy Policy Applies

This Privacy Policy governs your use of the software application “Coffer.” Coffer represents a software application that aggregates credit card offers, promotions and deals that are presented under the mobile Application Coffer and via our website www.coffer.lk (collectively called as our “App”). And is part of Extrogene Software (Pvt) Ltd. More details about Extrogene Software could be found under “contact us.”

We take our users’ privacy seriously and understand that you entrust us with your personal information, reviews as well as search data. And we give the highest priority to securing your data.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you, or that you may provide, in connection with your access to or use of:

• (i) Our mobile application “Coffer” or any other websites (including www.coffer.lk) operated by us or our affiliates that link to or otherwise reference that they are subject to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "App")
• (ii) Our Coffer -branded mobile application (including websites) that link to or otherwise reference that they are subject to this Privacy Policy ("Applications")
• (iii) Any features, functionality, information or services (including content and material) made available by or on behalf of us through the App and other related sites that may be incorporated on third party websites or services (clauses (i), (ii) and (iii), collectively, the "Coffer Services"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. Without limiting the foregoing, this Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through direct App use, e-mail, text and other electronic communications between you and the Coffer Services and when you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services

Coffer Services may include links to third-party websites, applications and/or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by or through any such third-party websites or services, and the collection and use of your information by such third-party websites and services are governed by the privacy policies, if any, of such third-parties.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use any of Coffer Services. By accessing or using Coffer Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time (see Section 10 Changes to our Privacy Policy).

2. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

This Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register Coffer Application. However, registration to our application is optional. Also, please make a note that some features of Coffer may not be available to you unless you register with us. We collect several types of information from and about users of Coffer Services, including information:

• 1. By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number or any other information that is defined as personal or personally identifiable information under applicable law ("personal information");
• 2. That is about you but individually does not identify you, such as a promotion, discount or offer and your personal preferences, and your interactions with Coffer Services
• 3. About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our App/Site and other related Coffer Services and usage details.

We collect this information:

• 5. Automatically as you interact with or otherwise use Coffer Services (including usage details, IP addresses and information collected through cookies and other accepted tracking technologies), such as when you:
  • Search for credit card offers, promotions, deals, and et al;
  • Filter, view, display or click a card promotion;
  • Interact with advertisements contained in any Coffer Services.

3. Information You Provide to Us

The information we collect on or through Coffer Services may include:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms on our App/Site. This includes account and profile information you provide when registering for (or updating) an account to use any Coffer Services, downloading/subscribing for an Application, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our Coffer Services.
• Records and copies of your email, text and electronic communications, if you contact us.
• Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
• Your search queries.

You may also provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on public areas of Coffer Services, or transmitted to other users of the Coffer Services or third parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Please note that information (including personal information) that you choose to post as part of a User Contribution is by nature information that you have decided to make public and, therefore, is not subject to the restrictions on use or disclosure under this Privacy Policy.

Your User Contributions are posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of other users of Coffer Service with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

As you interact with or otherwise use Coffer Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including:

• Details of your interactions with Coffer Services, including
  • (i) Promotions, deals, offers
  • (ii) Pages, content and our resources that you access and use
  • (iii) The App/Site or services that referred you to Coffer Services
  • (iv) The advertisements that you viewed and clicked
  • (iv) Traffic data, location data, logs and other communication data
• Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

We also use these technologies to collect information about your interactions with participating merchant credit cards and their respective banks, such as when you visit a partner bank site for further information. We, participating partner banks, third party network-affiliates and our service providers may use that information to coordinate and record the interactivity and to fulfill your requests for services and other information.

The information we collect automatically may not include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to provide and improve Coffer Services and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including and by enabling us to:

• Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
• Better understand your preferences and interests (i.e. types of credit cards, offers, categories, promotions and other prevalent content that may be of interest to you), allowing us to provide a more personalized experience for you.
• Monitor offer/promotion validity and expiration dates, and detect offer/promotion inconstancies.
• Recognize you when you return to the App/Site.

5. How We Use Your Information

We may use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

• To operate and provide Coffer Services.
• To develop and improve Coffer Services and our other related products and services.
• To monitor, process and record feature requests, and submission of reviews.
• To communicate with you, and to provide additional information that may be of interest to you, about the company (including Coffer Services and our other products and services) and partner banks, offers, promotions and information offered on or through Coffer Services.
• To provide you with other information, products or services that you request from us.
• To provide you with customer support, technical support, administrative, account, and security notices, including notice of changes to our Terms of Use (TOU) or Privacy Policy or the products or services that we offer.
• To conduct our administrative and internal business operations.
• To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
• To comply with our obligations, as determined by us in good faith, under applicable law.
• To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.
• In any other way, we may describe when you provide the information.
• For any other purposes with your consent we may use your information to contact you (including via email, text or other electronic communications) about products or services of the Company and/or offers, promotions and information offered on or through Coffer Services that may be of interest to you. • We may use the information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to our advertisers' target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy:

• To partner banks and third-party affiliate-networks, but only to the extent that you have participated in an offer, promotion or contest or other activity sponsored or offered through Coffer Services on behalf of our partner banks, and only to the extent necessary to process and record the submission or redemption of the offer or promotion to facilitate your participation in the activity.
• To referral sources, but only to the extent necessary to process and record the referral.
• To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by the Company about users of Coffer Services will be among the assets transferred.
• To third parties to market their products, services or other offerings to you if you have consented to those disclosures.
• For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
• With your consent, we also may disclose your personal information:
• To comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.

7. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

• Tracking Technologies and Advertising.

You can set your OS/browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. To learn how you can manage your Flash cookie settings, visit the Flash player settings page on Adobe's website. If you disable or refuse cookies, and or turn off notification reminders via your Android or iOS operating system (OS), please note that some portions of Coffer Services may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

• Promotional Offers from the Company.

If you do not wish to have your e-mail address used by the Company to promote our own or third party products, services or other offerings, you can opt-out by sending us an e-mail stating your request to [email protected]. In addition, if we have sent you a promotional e-mail, you may unsubscribe or opt-out of future email distributions by following the procedures described in that email. We will respond to your request within 30 days from the date you contacted us. Please note that this opt-out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a purchase, product service experience or other transaction.

• Social Networks.

If you register with us via a third party social networking platform (e.g., Facebook, Google+, etc.), you may be able to manage the information you share with us and the interactivity between Coffer Services and your social networking account by using privacy settings and other tools that may be provided by the social networking platform that you are using. By registering with us through a social networking platform, you grant to us the right to collect and use the information that you have made available to be shared with us.

8. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Coffer mobile application and visiting your account settings (profile).

You also may send us an e-mail at [email protected] to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. We will respond to your request within 30 days from the date you contacted us.

9. Data Security

• We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of personal information provided to or stored by us and are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures with respect to Coffer Services or our systems.
• The safety and security of your information also depend on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain portions of Coffer Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

10. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you via e-mail to the e-mail address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the App/Site prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of Coffer Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes.

Your access to and use of our Coffer App may be subject to Application-specific terms and conditions which may contain additional provisions regarding our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing information that is collected by us or provided by you to us, in connection with that particular Application.

12. Children Under the Age of 13

Our Website is not directed toward or otherwise intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information to or through Coffer Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take prompt action to delete that information.
